Know what this checker does — and doesn’t do.
Does this tell me Cintas overcharged me?
No. It identifies objective changes between invoices. Whether a charge is permitted may depend on your service agreement, amendments or service changes.
What files work best?
Original digital invoice PDFs with selectable text. Scans and phone photos are not supported in this validation version.
Do you store my invoices?
The source PDFs are parsed locally in your browser and are not intentionally transmitted to our server in this validation version.
What does “parser confidence” mean?
It is a product-quality signal based on whether core invoice fields were identified consistently. It is not a guarantee that every line was read perfectly, so important findings should still be checked against the original invoice.
